If you require any other car related services, then please send us email at support@luxedrive.uk and we will use our extensive network within the car industry in order to try and find someone who offers the service you require.

Do you offer subscription services?

Our two biggest priorities at LuxeDrive are to not only have your car in a permanent showroom condition, but to also bring this service to you in the most convenient way, which is why we feel operating on a subscription basis not only ensures your car can be regularly attended to as it deserves, but it also saves you time in having to arrange these services, which is also why you can book your appointments quickly and easily through your online account.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily offer our services throughout South East London and Kent, however, this does not exclude other areas, so if you are concerned that we may not be able to reach you, then send us an email at support@luxedrive.uk and we will let you know.

How long does your service usually take?

Our service typically takes a few hours to complete depending on the weather conditions on the day.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We understand how unpredictable life can be sometimes, so if for whatever reason you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you can do this all within your personal portal on this very website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide array of payment methods from Credit or Debit cards, to Google or Apple Pay.

Can I change what is included in the LuxeDrive service?

We pride ourselves on only providing the best, this is why we only offer 1 service which includes everything in order to maintain a showroom look, therefore, there is no need to add anything to this service.

How much does your service cost?

Can you perform your services at my home?

All of our services are brought to you as we believe this is the most convenient way for you, which is a big priority of ours, however, on some occasions we may require access to your electricity and water supply to perform our services.

How often should I get my car detailed?

We primarily offer our services on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, however, the frequency of our service is up to you, there are a number of factors we consider before recommending how often you should receive our service, as different people may require a more frequent service than others, however, a good general answer is bi-weekly, to get a bespoke quote, send us an email at support@luxedrive.uk.
